The representatives of local self-governments who participate in the project of „Improvement of Investment Environment“ gathered in the headquarters of the Republic Geodetical Authority. Director of Republic Geodetical Autority mr Borko Draskovic participated on the workshop and on that occasion said that chosen self-governments would have to set the standards in terms of management in geospatial data and investment locations.
Borko Drašković, Director of RGA, in this interview spoke of geospatial information as an instrument for the transformation of the country. He also presented the achievements of the Republic Geodetic Authority in this field.
Director of the Republic Geodetic Authority Mr. Borko Drašković, together with his team whose main field of activiy is the National Infrustructure of Geospatial Data, receieved the comissioner and the Director of the Commesariait for Land and Public Survey of Guyana Trevor Benn and eight civil servants of the Commissariat.
The delegation from Guyana which visited the Republic Geodetic Authority expressed their wish to get to know the capital of Serbia better. In the first presentation during their study visit, they highlighted the connection between our two countries and that belonging to the Non-Aligned Movement is one of the touch points in the historical development of our countries.
Establishment of National Register of Investment Locations was the subject of the first, initial mission with experts from Lantmäteriet in Republic Geodetic Authority, in period from April 1 to April 5.
Group of students of the Faculty of Administration of the University of Ljubljana visited the Republic Geodetic Authority with colegues from Faculty of Organisational Sciences of the University of Belgrade.
