Online workshop is organized within the project Improvement of Investment Environment

Online workshop entitled "The method that institution communicates with service users through the Call Center" was held on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020. The workshop was led by Jonas Erlandsson - Head of the Lantmäteriet Customer Service Center.

During this workshop he explained how the Lantmäteriet Customer Service Center works, what types of communication are possible with users and what is the percentage of satisfied users. He was, also, speaking about the time interval needed to respond to user requests.


The workshop was attended by representatives of pilot units of local governments and employees of the Republic Geodetic Authority in the Sector for Development.
