All of the progress, challenges, and solutions that have been developing under the Republic Geodetic Authority’s (RGA) roof had the chance to be presented for the first time at the 88th Annual International Association of Assessing Officers’ (IAAO) Conference held the last week of August. Russ Thimgan, expert mass appraisal consultant to the RGA, gave a presentation titled “Implementing Mass Appraisal in Serbia: Challenges & Creative Real Property Data Collection,” a presentation that was met with much intrigue and, overall, with much delight.
The Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA) has effectively established a system of registration of rights to real estate, distribution of data and archiving of the collection of documents.
And while significant progress has been made in the digitalization of services of the Republic Geodetic Authority, which
have reduced the deadlines for entry in the real estate cadastre register to only five days, says the case

In the premises of the Republic Geodetic Authority, representatives of local self-government units that participated in the pilot project " Improvement of Investment Environment " were given computer equipment handed over by project manager Mathias Rantagen, who thanked those present for the successful project.
